Change fosters personal growth, allows for adaption to new situation, open up opportunities to learn new skills, and lead to a more fulfilling life by pushing you outside your comfort zone and encouraging you to explore new possibilities. Identify your reward and try and replace your habits with similar routine. It actively engages your brain by providing a new positive action to take in place of the old negative one.
