Exodus Chapter 7:1-25 The First Plague: Water Turned to Blood  Lord answer Moses, "See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and Aaron your brother will be your prophet. The first plague is the changing of Egypt 's water into blood. When Pharaoh goes out to the river in the morning, Moses and Aaron must confront him on the bank of the Nile.
