Self Awareness
In order to find ourselves, we must all seek out our own personal sense of purpose. This means separating our own point of view from other people's expectations of us. It means asking ourselves what our values are, what truly matters to us, then following the principles we believe in the process of finding yourself can be described as getting to know and accept one's genuine, innermost self. As you lean into it, you'll learn about the things you value the most, your dreams, and your deepest desires. As you begin to explore who you are, you'll begin to develop a better relationship with yourself. Your authentic self is who you really are deep down. The part of you that doesn't care what others think. Learning how to be your authentic self is an essential part of building meaningful relationships. Authentically happens when your words, action, and behaviors consistently match your core identity. Self- awareness is your ability to perceive and understand the things that make you who you are as an individual, including your personality, actions, values, beliefs, emotions, and thoughts. Essentially, it is a psychological state in which the self becomes the focus of attention.
