Self Worth
Accept yourself, love yourself, and keep moving forward. Moving forward in life helps you to avoid stagnation. It allows you to maintain your pace, without being lured away by the various temptation of life. Similarly, the willingness to move on help you to explore new opportunities where other people see problems. The danger of not moving forward is that you become stagnant. And when you are stagnant you are not in the mindset to attract opportunity or to recognize possibility. There are several ways you can work on self-acceptance: Try self-forgiveness, practice self -compassion, lean into mindfulness, applaud your abilities, ignore your inner critic, cultivate your inner circle, Mourn and move on from unsatisfied aspirations, realize acceptance is not settling. Self -acceptance is define as "an individual's acceptance of all of their attributes, positive or negative." When we're self-accepting, we embrace every part of ourselves, not just the ''positive'' things! Remind yourself that you cannot fail at being yourself, if you could sense how important you are to the lives of those you meet; how important you can be to people you may never even dream of. Face your deficiencies and acknowledge them; but do not let them master you. Accept who you are. Self-love means that you accept yourself fully, treat yourself with kindness and respect, and nurture your growth and wellbeing Self -love encompasses not only how you treat yourself but also your thoughts and feelings about yourself.
