Prosperity- Genesis Chapter 32:1-32

In the midst of the book of Jeremial is found one of my favorite passages in scripture: For I know the plans I have for you, "declare the Lord, " plan to prosper you and not to harm you, plan to give you hope and a future. Being prosperous means you have a life worth living. It means you internal and external world are congruent. It means you have deep and loving relationships. It means you're making the world a better place and helping others prosper as well. Prosperity is far more than wealth; it is when all people have the opportunity and freedom to thrive. Prosperity is underpinned by an inclusive society, with a strong social contract that protects the fundamental liberties and security of every individual. Prosperity is multi-faceted abundance in health, love, relationship, and vocation. It's about flourishing, thriving, and having good fortune physically and spiritually. It's having the resources, opportunities, and support to live the life you desire. In other words, prosperity enables people to gain meaningful employment, pursue the opportunities the desire, lead productive lives, and build a future for their families and friends.
