Destroying Bad Habits
"Habits, if not resisted, soon become necessity." Although we resist the temptation here are some ideas on destroying Bad Habits. Start by figuring out why you want to change. Change fosters personal growth, allows for adaption to new situation, open up opportunities to learn new skills, and lead to a more fulfilling life by pushing you outside your comfort zone and encouraging you to explore new possibilities. Identify your reward and try and replace your habits with similar routine. It actively engages your brain by providing a new positive action to take in place of the old negative one. Remove as much access to that habit as possible because it significantly reduces the temptation to engage in them, making it easier to resist the urge and focus on developing healthier alternatives. If you're still having trouble kicking that habit, try starting with a 30-day accountability challenge. Remember bad habits can become deeply ingrained over time, often forming due to stress or coping mechanisms, and can negatively impact health, relationships, and productivity.
