Kindness

 Kindness creates a sense of belonging and reduce isolation. Helping others is thought to be one of the ways that people create, maintain, and strengthen their social connections. For example, volunteering and helping others can help us feel a sense of belonging, make new friends, and connect with our communities. By taking a pledge to become a part of the Choose Kind movement, everyone can work to impact the lives of others in a positive way. For children to thrive, they need to be in an environment that makes them feel safe and feel like they belong. When kids "choose kind," they make a positive impact on others well-being. People who give of themselves in a balanced way also tend to be healthier and live longer. Kindness can increase your sense of connectivity with others, decrease loneliness, combat low mood and improve relationships. Forgiveness

 The act that hurt or offended you might always be with you. But working on forgiveness can lessen that act's grip on you. It can help you from the control of the person who harmed you. Sometimes, forgiveness might even lead to feelings of understanding, empathy and compassion for the one who hurt you. In order to receive forgiveness for our sins, we need to forgive others. Forgiving others allows us to overcome feelings of anger, bitterness, or revenge. Forgiveness can heal spiritual wounds and bring the peace and love that only God can give. while there are psychological benefits to forgiveness, you don't have to forgive someone who has hurt you. There are times when it's fine to not forgive someone. God's love and Mercy.

 Ephesians 2:4-5 -But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ -by grace you have been saved. Relationship with God

 Serving as our substitute, his life, death and resurrection allows us to freely relate with our creator. Jesus calls us "friend" in the bible (John 15:15).A relationship with him is a relationship of intimacy and security, of being totally known and totally accepted. It is not a relationship of equals, however. Proverbs 3:5-6 trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. Romans 8:28 and we know that all thigs work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.  Patience radically increases your capacity for success. It helps us lay aside frustration, which can lead to quitting. By cultivating a practice of patience, you're able to let go of things outside your control and live with less stress, anxiety, and frustration. Patient people may also experience fewer negative emotions. That's because with patience, you're better equipped to deal with stressful and challenging moments in life.  A blessing is a prayer asking for divine protection, or a little gift from the heavens. Blessings creates confidence, courage, dreams, faith, God/High Power, hope, insight, love. 2 Corinthians 9:8-10 "And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need , you'll abound in every good work. As it is written: They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor; their righteousness endures forever." Blessings may be the most important thing we do in life is bless people.  In order to find ourselves, we must all seek out our own personal sense of purpose. This means separating our own point of view from other people's expectations of us. It means asking ourselves what our values are, what truly matters to us, then following the principles we believe in the process of finding yourself can be described as getting to know and accept one's genuine, innermost self.  Your relationship with yourself involves self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-care, among others. It impacts your mental and emotional health and your bonds with other people. God's Love.

 It is often said that love conquers all, that love is the greatest force in the universe. It is the force that gives healing and life, binds souls together, and whispers to us that all will be well. We can see throughout the Bible that love conquers fear, evil, and sins. This love that surpasses knowledge Ephesians3:18-19 reads, "And I pay that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to knowledge- that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God." Psalm 103:17 But Lord, your endless love stretches from one eternity to the other, unbroken and unrelenting toward those who fear you and those who bow face down in awe before you. Dream interpretation is the process of assigning meaning to dreams. In many ancient societies, such of those of Egypt and Greece, dreaming was considered a supernatural communication or a mean of divine intervention, whose message could be interpreted by people with this associated spiritual power.  Ecclesiastes 5:7: This verse seems to warn against placing too much hope in dreams.  Grace is the basis for Christian faith. We believe we are saved by faith through grace. God's grace is usually defined as underserved favor. Grace cannot be earned; it is something that is freely given. We count on God's grace and the bridge he built in our relationship with him. It offers relief in the midst of serious transgressions, like falling to show up for an important moment or betraying a promise. Give yourself grace is permission to forgive your mistakes, lapse in judgement, and hurtful behavior, because no one is perfect. It can be interchanged with giving someone: a chance, time, the ability to make mistakes without punishment, and forgiveness. Grace is unmerited favor.  Favor is the grace of God in our life. In fact, the Old Testament often uses favor and grace interchangeably. The definition of grace is the unmerited favor of God, and favor means acceptance, goodwill, and preferential treatment. So, we can't earn favor and are never entitled to it.  Accept yourself, love yourself, and keep moving forward. Moving forward in life helps you to avoid stagnation. It allows you to maintain your pace, without being lured away by the various temptation of life.  Faithful comes from a place of trust and loyalty Hebrews 11:1says, "Now faith is a confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." As a Christian, it is important to be faithful to God, It is one thing to simply believe in him, but another to be faithful to him. Faithfulness gives us a sense of trust, confidence and certainty. Faithfulness gives a relationship the belief that we can count on a person to be true and to be there for us and that others can count on us to be true, faithful and there for them.
